HOW TO ACCEPT A TICKET TRANSFER
Introducing a very cool new feature to manage your Idaho Steelheads ticket account online. Here's a quick tutorial on
ACCEPTING ticket transfers from a Steelheads season ticket holder.

STEP 1: INVITATION ARRIVES VIA EMAIL
The process for accepting a ticket starts when you receive an email invitation in your inbox. The email will come from
csqwest@neweratickets.com; with the subject line "
Ticket Transfer Invitation."
RECOMMENDATION: If you think you'll be getting invitations, mark csqwest@neweratickets.com as a safe sender!
Click or cut-and-paste the hyperlink included in the email invitation into your browser.
You'll be directed to the ACCEPT TICKET TRANSFER PAGE. Pay attention to the transfer fee (highlighted in yellow). If there is a price displayed, the person receiving the transfer will be responsible for the cost.
Please enter the email address that the ticket invitation request came to... your email address.

STEP 2: REGISTER / LOG-IN
If you've already created an account, the next step is to simply log in. If this is your first time using this technology, you'll need to click the
REGISTER button located in the bottom right portion of the page.
On the next page you'll be asked to provide standard account information. Make sure to write down your password so you don't have to re-register with future invites.
STEP 3: PRINT AT HOME OR WILL CALL
After you've completed the registration process, or logged in, you should find yourself on the SHOPPING CART page. Once you've reviewed the ticket details, the only action required on this page is to choose between printing your tickets at home or picking them up on the day of the game at will call.
RECOMMENDATION: No lines with the print at home option. The e-ticket will arrive via email from the address
tickets@qwestarenaidaho.com. Again, we'd advise that you add that address to your safe sender list.
STEP 4: PAY AND PRINT
If there was a transfer fee associated with the ticket transfer (see step 1), this is where you'll be asked to cover that small cost.
That's it... you're done! Easy as 1...2...3... (er 4 ;).
PRINT the page for your records and check your email for the e-ticket. If you have any issues, call 331-TIXS with your order confirmation number.
