How to Transfer Your Steelheads Tickets


Introducing a very cool new feature to manage your Idaho Steelheads ticket account online. Here's a quick tutorial on TRANSFERRING your Steelheads season tickets to a friend, family member, co-worker, client, etc.

STEP 1: SIGN IN

These new tools allow you to manage your Season Tickets. Click on any of the "buy tickets" buttons located all over idahosteelheads.com. Click on the SIGN IN tab located at the top of the page, just below the header image.

Login with your email address and password.

NOTE FOR THE SEASON TICKET HOLDER ONLY GAME:
If you received a letter from our front office with a valid email address on file (check the back page), then we've already set up a temporary password for your account. Click on the FORGOT PASSWORD text below the E-mail/Password fields. Enter the email address that came with your letter. We'll send you the information to get logged in.

If the email address we have on file is invalid or missing, please give Sabrena a call at 208-472-2114 and she'll get your account set up and ready to go!



STEP 2: MY ACCOUNT

Once you're logged in, you should find yourself on this WELCOME page. From here, just click on the MY ACCOUNT tab located at the top of the page, just below the header image.



STEP 3: MANAGE MY TICKETS

You should be on your personal account page. There are lots of very cool tools and features located here. We encourage you to explore and familiarize yourself with these options to get the most value out of your Idaho Steelheads season tickets.

To transfer tickets, select the TRANSFER TICKETS option under the MANAGE MY TICKETS header.



STEP 4: SELECT THE GAME

On this screen, you simply select which game tickets you'd like to forward/transfer. Select the game by clicking the TRANSFER text at the bottom of that game's description.



STEP 5: ENTER THE RECIPIENT'S INFO

On this page, you'll be asked to select the SEAT you wish to transfer - for example, if you're a season ticket holder with two seats, you can select one of those seats to forward a ticket for, or both of your seats. Once you've determined which seats you'd like to transfer, you'll need to enter in the recipients information and click SUBMIT.



STEP SIX: CONFIRMATION

Finally, you'll be asked to confirm the details of your transfer. Once you're reviewed the information and confirmed, you'll end up on this TICKET TRANSFER CONFIRMATION page. An email will be automatically generated and sent to the desired recipient. NOTE: Your guest will have 48 hours to login and ACCEPT the ticket transfer. Make sure they have some sort of heads up that a ticket invitation is headed their way!
