When does the game start?

The games start at 7:10 Monday through Saturday and 4:10 on Sunday. The doors open 45 minutes prior to the first puck drop. However, Season Ticket Holders can enter the Qwest Arena VIP Club and SportsZone up to an hour and a half before game time.

Does my child need a ticket?

Children age 2 and older must have a ticket to enter Qwest Arena. Children under 2 years of age do not need a ticket, but must sit on the accompanying adult's lap.

Can I bring my camera to Qwest Arena?

Absolutely. We welcome both still and video cameras at Qwest Arena. You cannot, however, use a tripod because they tend to block the view of other fans.

Can I bring a stroller?

Yes. If it won't fit comfortably under your seat, you can leave it at the Guest Relations Booth.

Is outside food allowed?

No. We do make exceptions for medical reasons.

Can I bring a bag?

Yes. Backpacks, purses, bags, and diaper bags are subject to search by Qwest Arena security.

I received a certificate for Steelheads tickets. How do I redeem it?

You need to bring your certificate to the box office at Qwest Arena and exchange it for your seats. Only originals will be accepted and we suggest you redeem the certificate at least one week prior to your desired game.

How many people do I need to purchase group tickets?

At least 20. Call Ben Cottier at (208) 472-2115 for information, policies, rates and benefits.

Do the Steelheads hold tryouts for players?

No. All players are scouted and signed to professional contracts.

How can I sing the National Anthem at an Idaho Steelheads home game?

Please call Nick Jensen at (208) 472-2125.

When can I get the players autographs?

At least 2 players are available at the Texas Roadhouse autograph booth on the concourse after every game. The rest of the players are available up to 30 minutes after game time by the team bench. After the game, the players eat in the SportsZone Restaurant (located on the third floor of Qwest Arena) and would love to sign for you then.

How can I make sure I get a promotional giveaway item?

The Steelheads guarantee ALL season ticket holders giveaway items. Typically, the first 1,000 non-season ticket holders through the doors will also receive a giveaway item. Those 1,000 and Season Ticket Holders are the only fans assured of receiving the promotional item.

Can I get cash at Qwest Arena?

Yes. An automated teller machine is located in the Qwest Arena lobby and on the concourse of Qwest Arena near section 113.

Can I keep a puck?

Fans are invited to keep pucks deflected into the seats, but are reminded to be aware of pucks and other objects that may leave the ice and come into the seats.

Is there a lost and found area at Qwest Arena?

Lost and found items may be turned into or picked up at the Qwest Arena Guest Relations Booth on the concourse at section 117 or at the Qwest Arena Box Office.

Can I page someone or announce a birthday over the public address system?

Paging over the P.A. system will be done at the judgment of the Idaho Steelheads. Paging will only be allowed for medical emergencies or lost individuals. We would, however, love to announce a birthday for you. Please take your request to the Idaho Steelheads Booster Club table located on the concourse at section 116.

Can I listen to the games on the radio?

All 72 games can be heard on KTIK 1350 AM and through the internet right here at www.idahosteelheads.com. What's more, if you've got a high speed connection you can watch ALL the home games thanks to our partners at B2 Networks. Simiply click the Watch Live link at www.idahosteelheads.com.

Can I tour Qwest Arena?

Public tours of Qwest Arena are available by reservation only. Call Qwest Arena at (208) 424-2200 to schedule a tour.

How can I get a Steelheads pocket schedule?
