Qwest Arena Box Office Information
Tickets for events can be purchased at the Qwest Arena Box Office, located on the Grove Plaza opposite Capitol and Front.
The Qwest Arena Box Office is open Monday thru Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM. On event days, the box office opens at 1:00 PM and generally remains open thru the event's intermission. Tickets may be purchased with cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and the Qwest Arena accepts Downtown Boise Gift Certificates. Personal checks are not accepted. For your convenience, order tickets online and print your tickets at home by clicking here. Tickets to all Qwest Arena events can be purchased by phone at 208-331-TIXS(8497) or toll free at 888-330-TIXS(8497). The Qwest Arena call center offers service 24 hours a day.
WILL CALL:
Tickets can be picked up at will call starting 60 minutes prior to the show time. You MUST present the actual credit card used to purchase the tickets, and a picture I.D. at the ticket window to receive the tickets.
CONVENIENCE & FACILITY FEES:
All tickets purchased for a Qwest Arena event, including internet and phone purchases, are subject to a per ticket convenience charge.
