Walmart Be Hip, Get Fit, Play Hockey
The Idaho Steelheads have teamed up with Walmart, St. Luke's Children's Hospital and The Idaho Statesman to teach children the benefits of eating healthy and living an active lifestyle. This year we will be visiting elementary schools throughout the Treasure Valley with our Be Hip, Get Fit, Play Hockey message. We will instruct kids on how to eat healthy and be active. The Idaho Steelheads players will then play a game of floor hockey with the kids and afterwards leave behind the floor hockey equipment compliments of Walmart.
