WHEN DOES THE GAME START?
Game times are traditionally 7:10 PM every day except Sunday. Sunday games, when applicable, begin at 5:10 PM. The doors open 40 minutes prior to the first puck drop. However, Season Ticket Holders can enter the Idaho Central Arena VIP Club and SportsZone up to an hour and a half before game time.
DOES MY CHILD NEED A TICKET?
Children age 2 and older must have a ticket to enter Idaho Central Arena. Children under 2 years of age do not need a ticket, but must sit on the accompanying adult’s lap.
IF I LEAVE THE BUILDING, CAN I RE-ENTER?
Idaho Central Arena has a No Re-Entry policy. During Idaho Steelheads games there is a designated smoking area available by the Grove Hotel Lobby. The Re-entry policy for all other events may vary. Special allowances can be made available by the Guest Services Director or Director of Security for medical issues and other like situations.
CAN I BRING MY CAMERA TO CENTURYLINK ARENA?
Absolutely. We welcome both still and video cameras at Idaho Central Arena. You cannot, however, use a tripod because they tend to block the view of other fans.
CAN I BRING A STROLLER?
Yes. If it won’t fit comfortably under your seat, you can leave it at the Guest Relations Booth.
IS OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED?
No. We do make exceptions for medical reasons.
CAN I BRING A BAG?
Yes. Backpacks, purses, bags, and diaper bags are subject to search by Idaho Central Arena security.
I RECEIVED A CERTIFICATE FOR STEELHEADS TICKETS. HOW DO I REDEEM IT?
You need to bring your certificate to the box office at Idaho Central Arena and exchange it for your seats. Only originals will be accepted and we suggest you redeem the certificate at least one week prior to your desired game.
HOW MANY PEOPLE DO I NEED TO PURCHASE GROUP TICKETS?
At least 20 people are needed to reserve group tickets. See our Group Tickets for more information.
DO THE STEELHEADS HOLD TRYOUTS FOR PLAYERS?
No. All players are scouted and signed to professional contracts.
HOW CAN I SING THE NATIONAL ANTHEM AT AN IDAHO STEELHEADS HOME GAME?

WHEN CAN I GET THE PLAYERS AUTOGRAPHS?
The team typically hosts full-team, on-ice autograph sessions, presented by Project Filter, once per month during the regular season. After an appropriate cool-down period after the scheduled games, the team will return to the ice to sign autographs for fans.
IS THERE AN ATM AT CENTURYLINK ARENA?
Yes. An automated teller machine is located in the Idaho Central Arena lobby and on the concourse of Idaho Central Arena near section 113.
CAN I KEEP A PUCK?
Fans are invited to keep pucks deflected into the seats, but are reminded to be aware of pucks and other objects that may leave the ice and come into the seats.
IS THERE A LOST AND FOUND AREA AT CENTURYLINK ARENA?
Lost and found items may be turned into or picked up at the Idaho Central Arena Guest Relations Booth on the concourse at section 117 or at the Idaho Central Arena Box Office.
CAN I PAGE SOMEONE OR ANNOUNCE A BIRTHDAY OVER THE PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM?
Paging over the P.A. system will be done at the judgment of the Idaho Steelheads. Paging will only be allowed for medical emergencies or lost individuals. We would, however, love to announce a birthday for you. Please take your request to the Idaho Steelheads Booster Club table located on the concourse at section 116.
CAN I LISTEN TO THE GAMES ON THE RADIO?
