WHEN DOES THE GAME START?

Game times are traditionally 7:10 PM every day except Sunday.  Sunday games, when applicable, begin at 5:10 PM. The doors open 40 minutes prior to the first puck drop. However, Season Ticket Holders can enter the Idaho Central Arena VIP Club and SportsZone up to an hour and a half before game time.

DOES MY CHILD NEED A TICKET?

Children age 2 and older must have a ticket to enter Idaho Central Arena. Children under 2 years of age do not need a ticket, but must sit on the accompanying adult’s lap.

IF I LEAVE THE BUILDING, CAN I RE-ENTER?

Idaho Central Arena has a No Re-Entry policy.  As of the 22-23 season there will no longer be any re-entry during Idaho Steelheads games. The Re-entry policy for all other events may vary.  Special allowances can be made available by the Guest Services Director or Director of Security for medical issues and other like situations.

CAN I BRING MY CAMERA TO IDAHO CENTRAL ARENA?

No cameras are allowed that have a professional lens into any event at Idaho Central Arena. Phone cameras may be used.

CAN I BRING A STROLLER?

Yes. If it won’t fit comfortably under your seat, you can leave it at the Guest Relations Booth.

IS OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED?

No. We do make exceptions for medical reasons.

CAN I BRING A BAG?

Yes. Backpacks, purses, bags, and diaper bags are subject to search by Idaho Central Arena security.

I RECEIVED A CERTIFICATE FOR STEELHEADS TICKETS. HOW DO I REDEEM IT?

You need to bring your certificate to the box office at Idaho Central Arena and exchange it for your seats. Only originals will be accepted and we suggest you redeem the certificate at least one week prior to your desired game.
